Designed with Joanna Kambourian. Inspired by her Armenian-Dutch roots and drawing inspiration from her great-grandfather’s carpets, the healing Pomagranate motif was created, honoring the Armenian national fruit. Attributed to immortality, its abundance of seeds signifies its various healing properties, as well as prosperity, fertility and generosity.
Dimensions are 190cm x 110cm.
This one wears well through the season with its generous size. Wrap around for an everyday scarf or swap out your beach hat for a chic turban - this is the perfect transitional pieces to carry you through the seasons. Lovingly finished with complementing tassels in each corner.
A blend of 70% cotton and 30% Tussar silk. Woven with tussar silk on the warp and cotton on the weft, it is lightweight, high in wear resistance and carries a subtle sheen. Dyed and printed by hand with azo-free dyes.
Spot clean only with a mild detergent and cold water.
Gorgeous print on beautiful Fabric. Just sad we did not get a note with the scarf explaining the pattern like we did on previous occasions... some inconsistency there.
I'm not a mall girl. Most clothes don't speak to my soul. Character, craftsmanship, uniqueness, assymetry, artful prints and designs, and a global feeling are all part of my ideal garment. But that is a tall order and so hard to find...until I found Matter on Instagram! I fell in love. I love my Matter pants! The construction and fit and attention to detail are impeccable. Thank you!
