If you’ve been with us for a while now, you know that every MATTER size caters to two “standard industry” sizings. With that said, we often get a lot of questions from customers being uncertain of what would fit best - style and size wise. Both of which we completely understand as they are part and parcel of the inevitable limitations that come with being a digital store. We wanted to bring the ease of brick-and-mortar shopping to an online space, which is how we came up with the idea of a mobile fitting room: The Fitting Room Box.
Each box includes fitting samples of different designs and is purely on a rental basis. The cost of the box will be fully refunded upon return. Pick, rent, and return - as simple as that.

Contents of Fitting Room Box A:
1. As these clothes were set aside for fitting only, please keep them indoors and refrain from wearing them for a day (or night) out.
2. Do ensure that you return the clothes in their original condition. Any major rips and or stains will unfortunately result in your deposit forfeited.
3. No need to wash or dry clean the clothes - just send them back as they are and we'll take care of it for you.
4. For silk, turn the clothes inside out and iron it on the lowest setting. Spray some water to help straighten out the wrinkles. For everything else, turn the clothes inside out and iron it on a medium heat setting.
1. Can I customise the fitting room box to a certain design that I want?
Each box is pre-packed to the specific styles and sizes as described. The main purpose of The Fitting Room Box is meant to relieve customers of their doubts about sizing and find their preferred style. So for the time being, we do not offer a customised box with specific styles.
2. I only want to try one item, can I just pay for that one item and not have the whole box?
At the moment, we do not offer individual pieces to be rented out.
3. The box that I want is not available. Is there a waiting list?
Yes, we'll have a waiting list which you can sign up for and it'll be on a first come first serve basis! Simply click on a date with no availability and click on "Email When Available" tab. We'll notify you of the earliest date of availability.
1. What form of payment do you accept?
Paypal, credit card, and or debit card
2. When will my deposit be returned to my account?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If all is well with the returned item your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. Usually, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
3. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order by contacting us within 4 hours of your placed order. We will proceed with the refund immediately as long as the box has not left for shipping.
1. What happens if I don't return it within the rental period?
Unfortunately, the deposit will be forfeited.
2. Do I need to wash the clothes before returning it?
Not at all, leave the washing to us! All you need to do is re-pack the clothes into the box it arrived in. Please do not attempt to wash the clothes on your own. Any damages will be charged accordingly.
3. How do I make the return?
Pack all the pieces back into the original packaging or otherwise, and simply paste the return label sticker on the package. Our courier will pick it between 9am-6pm. Do ensure the pickup address is the same as it was delivered to.
1. How long does shipping take?
The estimated standard delivery time is 1-2 business days. Orders will be dispatched the next working day. If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday, then the order will be processed during business hours on the next business day.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we're only shipping The Fitting Room Box to Singapore.
